    Hawe Type HKL and HKLW Hydraulic Power Packs

    The Hawe HKL and HKLW units are compact power packs. These units feature an electric drive which runs in oil, and a mounted fan dissipates heat produced when operating. The HKL and HKLW are easily installed, arriving ready-for-connection, and horizonal mounting means minimal height is required in application. This range is suitable for hydraulic systems with the nominal operating modes S1 (continuous) S2 (short period), S3 (periodic intermittent) or S6. 

    Low required oil-fill volumes allow less oil to be used, hence running costs for replacing hydraulic fluid are cut – this also reduces the environmental impact of running this system. The HKL and HKLW have been optimised for long service life and high reliability, reducing costs of maintenance or repair.

    This range is highly configurable and can be assembled in single-circuit, dual-circuit or triple-circuit system. Further a radial piston pump, an external gear pump or an internal gear pump can be used to supply flow. The compact hydraulic power pack type HKL is suitable for use as a highly compact control system, since connection blocks and valve banks can be directly mounted. All of this sums to create a flexible and versatile system that can be turned to a variety of operations.

    • Maximum pressure: 700 bar
    • High pressure flow rate (low pressure): 17.35 litres/ minute (21 litres/ minute)
    • High pressure displacement (low pressure): 6.11 cc/rev (14.5 cc/rev)
