Danfoss Hydrostatic Motor Series

H1B – Variable Displacement Bent Axis Motor: Closed circuit variable displacement bent axis motors, available in six displacements from 60 to 250 cm³/r (H1B 060, H1B 080, H1B 110, H1B 160, H1B 210, H1B 250). Maximum/minimum displacement ratio of 5:1. Working pressure 450 bar (6,527 psi), maximum pressure 480 bar (6,960 psi). Rated output speeds from 2,350 rpm at maximum displacement to 4,300 rpm at zero displacement. 32-degree bent axis design with spherical pistons. Can also be used in open circuit applications with the available counterbalance valve. All H1B control and sensor options are PLUS+1 compliant. Control options include electric proportional, electric two-position, hydraulic proportional, hydraulic two-position, pressure compensator override and proportional pressure compensator override. External shaft seal accessibility and common design across the H1 family simplifies replacement and conversion.
H1F – Fixed Displacement Bent Axis Motor: Fixed displacement bent axis motor built on the proven H1B rotating group. Efficiency up to 95%. System pressure up to 510 bar absolute, 480 bar delta pressure. 32-degree angle and short length provides a compact envelope. Suited to open and closed circuit applications. Options include integrated loop flushing and speed sensing. Initially available in 80 cm³ with additional sizes to follow. The H1F was launched in November 2023 as the latest addition to the H1 series.
RDM – Reverse Displacement Motor: Open circuit reverse displacement motors for fan drive applications. Available in five displacements from 25 to 45 cm³/r — LM25, LM30, LM35, KM38 and KM45. Maximum system pressure 350 bar (5,000 psi). The integrated shift valve allows reversing functionality without external valves or external pressure supply, eliminating complex valving and associated leak points. Provides smooth shift-on-the-go capability. Available with anti-cavitation and shock valves.
MP1 – Fixed Displacement Axial Piston Motor: Fixed displacement axial piston motors for propel, work function and fan drive applications in mobile equipment. Available in four displacements in two package sizes — 20/24 cm³ and 28/32 cm³. Maximum working pressure 350 bar (5,000 psi). Capable of operating in closed and open loop systems. Mounting configurations include SAE A, SAE B and cartridge style two-bolt flange. Aluminium housing for light weight and compact installation. Integrates with other Danfoss products including MP1P pump, DDC20, Series 45 and PLUS+1 electronic controls.
