Danfoss Hydraulic Valves
Danfoss hydraulic valves cover mobile and industrial applications across three distinct product families.
The PVG proportional valve range provides load-sensing and electronically controlled proportional control for mobile machinery. The Vickers by Danfoss industrial and mobile valve range, including AxisPro, DG directional, SystemStak, servo and proportional valves, was transferred to Danfoss Power Solutions as part of the Eaton hydraulics acquisition in 2021. The Integrated Hydraulics cartridge valve and manifold range, also part of the Eaton acquisition, provides compact screw-in valve solutions for mobile and industrial systems.
Danfoss Valve Families
- Danfoss PVG Proportional Valves: Modular load-sensing proportional valves for mobile hydraulic systems. The PVG range covers six valve families — PVG 16, PVG 32, PVG 48, PVG 100, PVG 120 and PVG 128/256 — from simple load-sensing configurations through to high-flow, high-pressure systems with CAN bus communication and advanced electronic control. The PVG design toolbox allows valve stacks to be configured to specific work and control requirements.
- Vickers by Danfoss Hydraulic Valves: Industrial and mobile hydraulic valves covering directional control, proportional, servo, flow control, pressure control, cartridge and modular valve types. The industrial range includes AxisPro proportional valves, DG directional control valves, SM4 and SX4 servo valves, SystemStak modular valves and slip-in cartridge valves. The mobile range covers CLS load-sensing, CMA and CMJ sectional valves, priority valves and hydraulic remote controls.
- Integrated Hydraulics Valves and Manifolds: Screw-in cartridge valves and hydraulic manifold solutions for compact, efficient hydraulic circuit design. The range covers check valves, directional control valves, flow control valves, pressure control valves, logic elements, motion control valves, proportional valves, solenoid valves and hydraulic manifolds. Used in construction machinery, agricultural equipment, materials handling systems and industrial machinery.
