Vivoil hydraulics pumps, motors and flow dividers are manufactured in Italy; assembled and tested by hand. Components that require the highest precision are machined with 5-axis machines and a single grip.
Vivoil hydraulics have been in production since Vivoil Oleodinamica Vivolo srl was founded in 1985. Today their flow dividers, hydraulic motors, pumps and accessories are used widely in the production of agricultural, industrial, earth-moving and automotive machines.
All Vivoil hydraulic gear pumps can be supplied as hydraulic gear motors, with either single rotation or reversible, and with the option of internal or external drains. The XV series design of hydraulic gear pumps and motors exploits many new and innovative technical and solutions and has been awarded three patents.
Customisation and Configuration Options
Vivoil components are available in different displacements for maximum performance in all working conditions. They are also divided into four size groups: 0, 1, 2 and 3.
Most Vivoil products can be customised with: valves (anti-cavitation, maximum pressure relief, priority, bypass electric) and heavy-duty application supports. A variety of flange and shaft configurations are also available.
The full Vivoil product range includes:
- hydraulic pumps with external gears (unidirectional and reversible)
- hydraulic motors with external gears (unidirectional and reversible)
- multiple hydraulic pumps, with external gears, already assembled or in stages to be assembled
- flow dividers
