Duplomatic DS3GL Solenoid Actuated Directional Valve

The Duplomatic DS3GL valve is a directional valve with a digital interface, designed to control the rate and direction flow in a hydraulic system.

The electronics on this solenoid valve allow a PLC to drive the valve with a low-power digital signal. Electronics for power-saving and soft-shifting are also available, with or without an IO-Link interface. The IO-Link interface integrates the valve in a digital communication system driven by a PLC, allowing for the collection of operational data and environmental information for use in predictive diagnostics.

Potential controls for this valve include: standard manual override, levers, push override, boot and mechanical detent devices. The DS3GL is available in a 3-port or 4-port design as well as with spring returns or mechanical detents. This valve uses DC solenoids. DS3GL valves can be purchased with a zinc/nickel finishing in order to improve corrosion resistance.
