Euro Press Pack CMP Cylinder – Spring Return

The Euro Press Pack CMP is a spring return cylinder manufactured to have a long stroke in respect to their low profile. Longevity is aided by a coating of corrosion resistant treatment, and wiper seals inhibit the penetration of dirt. The product has a grooved pushing saddle as standard to increase grip, and a removable carrying handle for transportation.

Applications:

The compact dimensions of these cylinders makes them perfect for for applications in lifting, leveling, supporting and pressing in circumstances where space is restricted. General maintenance work, industrial assembly and construction are areas where this cylinder is often applied.

Users should note the important requirement to lower the pressure inside the cylinder before disconnecting the quick coupler. Practicing this avoids problems re-inserting if lowering the load. In the case that pressure persists it is possible to use the KTS38 apposite tool in order to lower the pressure in the couplers.

Optional equipment:

The Euro Press Pack CMP can be fitted with a ZTT tilt saddle, which can reduce the effects of an off-centred load. The cylinder is already fitted with a mounting hole for the purpose of this.

The F version of this cylinder comes with base mounting holes for fixing purposes.
