Walvoil SD6 – DLS7 Sectional Valves

The  Walvoil SD6 and DLS7 are small, compact and flexible sectional control valves designed for open-centre and closed-centre hydraulic systems. They are the ideal control valves for truck mounted cranes, boom mowers, mini-excavators, backhoe loaders, small and medium chipping machines and aerial platforms.

The DLS7 is the load-sensing variant of the SD6, used in systems with fixed displacement pumps (open-centre) or variable displacement pumps (closed-centre). The valve has load sensors on each section to transmit information signals to the pump within the hydraulic system.  This product is commonly installed on aerial platforms and vertical or horizontal drilling rigs.

Features of the SD6 and DLS7 include:

• Type “S” free flow gallery
• Main pressure relief valve and a load check valve on every working section
• Available with parallel, tandem or series circuit.
• Optional carry-over port.
• A wide range of ports and circuit valves.
• Manual, pneumatic, hydraulic, electro-hydraulic, and remote with flexible cable controls
• 16mm (0.63 inch) diameter interchangeable spools

Additional features of the DLS7:

• Independent load flow control
• Load sensing control sensors on each working section
• Port valves and “B” side control kits identical to the SD6
