Argo Hytos GP1 Gear Pump

.Argo Hytos GP1 gear pumps are a high strength, quality aluminium, external gear pump with axial play compensation. Flange, cover, and body are made of a high-quality aluminum alloy. These pumps offer high operational reliability and durability.

These pumps achieve a displacement volume of one to 9.8 cubic centimeters per rotation. In addition, they impress with high operational reliability and long service life. The GP1 gear pumps belong Argo Hytos’ latest generation of pumps with improved efficiency and reduced noise. All models are made of a high-quality aluminum alloy and are available with various connection arrangements and dimensions. Multiple pumps are also available if required.

A wide range of construction designs is available with different connection dimensions and port locations. GP1 pumps can also be arranged as multiple pump units.

The GP1 series is available in 15 displacements from 0.8 cc/rev to 11.8 cc/rev: GP1 0,8 | GP1 1,2 | GP1 1,6 | GP1 2,1 | GP1 2,5 | GP1 3,3 | GP1 3,6 | GP1 4,4 | GP1 4,8 | GP1 5,8 | GP1 6,2 | GP1 7,0 | GP1 7,9 | GP1 10,0 | GP1 11,8

Across the range, the maximum continuous pressure is 280 bar and peak pressure is 310 bar. Minimum speed is 500 rpm, maximum is 5000 rpm.

These pumps have a volumetric efficiency of up to 98%.
