    Donaldson HNK04/05 Spin-On Filters

    Description

    Donaldson HNK04 and HNK05 filters are also known as DURAMAX® spin-on filters. They use a RadialSeal™ design that makes servicing easier and provides a more reliable seal without having to torque to specification.

    They are suitable for medium flow applications including: case drains, cooling circuits, fluid conditioning systems, fuel transfer, hydrostatic charge pumps, lube oil systems, power transmissions, return lines and side loop systems.

    Maximum working pressures go to 34.5 bar (500 psi) for the HNK04 and to 24.1 bar (350 psi) for the HNK05. Rated static burst are 69 bar (1000 psi) and 55 bar (800 psi) respectively. Meanwhile, the HNK04 has a flow range to 133 litres / minute, and the HNK05 to 189 litres / minute.

    Operating temperature for both filters is -29°C to 121°C (-20°F to 250°F) and standard bypass ratings are either 3.5 bar (50 psi)  or no bypass.
