Eaton Vickers S26 Gear Motors

Eaton Vickers S26 gear motors create less noise and pressure ripples in a hydraulic system and can be used in a range of applications including: tractors and harvesters, turf care equipment and lift trucks. They feature a pressure balanced, die-cast aluminium design.

S26 motors are a great solution for tight spaces, as they are shorter than most other gear motors yet still deliver the necessary horse power to do the job. Improved trap reliefs not only increase power, they also help keep oil flowing smoothly to reduce noise.

Eaton Vickers S26 motors are available in displacements from 7 cc/rev. to 32 cc/rev. for operating pressures up to 240 bar (3500 psi) and max speeds up to 4,000 rpm

Other features include:

• Bi-directional;
• Multiple valve packages;
• Decreased noise and vibration during operation;
• The 13-tooth gears, versus 10 teeth in previous pumps, minimizes the flow ripple.

The improved bearing lubrication system uses inlet oil instead of high pressure oil, improving volumetric efficiency for more power output. The highly polished shaft and gears improve mechanical efficiency and reduce wear on these components, adding to the service life and reliability of the pump.
