Eaton Hydraulic Motors

Eaton hydraulic motors range can carry out tasks in even the most demanding of environments and for the toughest of requirements.

The range of Eaton hydraulic motors includes: Eaton Char-Lynn Gerotor/Geroler®, gear, piston and vane motors. Customers can use these motors in a variety of applications ranging from low-speed, high-torque (LSHT) to high-speed, high-power needs.

Eaton Char-Lynn VIS 40 / 45 motors are heavy-duty motors with LSHT hydraulic technology for closed-loop applications. They are compact, sturdy and deliver higher pressure capabilities, as well as being more efficient than other LSHT motors.

DuraForce® HMV, HMR, HMA and HMF series: These Eaton motors deliver high efficiency, precision control and durability. Additionally, the range is available in displacements spanning from 35 to 280 cc/rev. at operating pressures up to 420 bar (6,100 psi).

Eaton heavy duty piston motors: have a cast-iron housing and fixed-clearance slipper design. Both the heavy-duty Series 1 fixed and Series 1 variable displacement piston motors provide high quality, long shelf-life and efficiency.

Hydrokraft MV(F)X and MF(F)W motors: This range features the largest shaft bearings available for full through-drive capability. Furthermore, it is specialised for long lifecycle operation in applications such as offshore and oilfield markets. Hydrokraft motors are suited to a variety of fluids, including water-glycol. Additionally, they also have a range of control options, including full overcentre capabilities.

Eaton M vane motors include inlet/outlet ports that can be pressurised together whilst maintaining smooth operation. Options include: 12 torque ratings from 4.7 to 6.9 bar, speeds from 400 to 3,600 rpm continuous and 4000 rpm intermittent, and pressures up to 155 bar continuous and 172 bar intermittent.
