Each cartridge contains a rotor, vanes, inserts, a cam ring and two covers. During operation, the rotor is driven by a splined shaft. As speed increases, centrifugal force and internal pressure push the vanes outward so they follow the cam ring profile, maintaining hydraulic sealing. The opposed pumping chambers balance radial loads on the shaft bearings, contributing to long service life and smooth, efficient operation.
