Bosch Rexroth Proportional and Servo Valves

Bosch Rexroth proportional, high response and servo valves give continuously adjustable, electrically controlled direction, pressure and flow, for precise control of the speed, position and force of hydraulic drives.

They are available as directional, pressure and flow control valves, direct or pilot operated, with or without electrical position feedback.

Many valves are available with integrated electronics (OBE), which reduces wiring and simplifies installation and set-up. Valves without integrated electronics are driven by separate amplifiers, covered on our Bosch Rexroth Electronics page.

Bosch Rexroth Proportional and Servo Valve Range

Proportional Directional Valves

Control and regulate the flow direction, and so the direction and speed of hydraulic drives.

  • Direct Operated: 4WRA and 4WRAE without position feedback, 4WRE and 4WREE with electrical position feedback, and versions with integrated bus or p/Q control such as the 4WREF and 4WREQ.
  • Pilot Operated: 4WRZ and 4WRZE without position feedback, 4WRKE with integrated electronics and position feedback, and 4WRH and 5WRZ versions.

Proportional Pressure Valves

  • Pressure Relief Valves: DBET and DBETE direct operated valves, and DBE and DBEM/DBEME pilot operated valves, with or without integrated electronics.
  • Pressure Reducing Valves: 3DREP and 3DREPE direct operated 3-way valves, DRE, DREE, ZDRE and ZDREE pilot operated valves, and DREBE pilot operated valves with integrated electronics and position feedback.

Proportional Flow Control and Throttle Valves

  • Range: 2FRE proportional 2-way flow control valves, 3-way flow control valves, and FE and FES proportional throttle valves.

High Response Valves

  • Direct Operated: 4WRPH and 4WRPEH valves with electrical position feedback, and 4WRSE and 4WRSEH versions, plus valves with integrated axis control such as the 4WRPNH and 4WRPDH.
  • Pilot Operated: 4WRL and 4WRLE valves with integrated electronics and position feedback, 4WRVE, 4WRGE, 4WRTE and 4WRDE valves, and WRC built-in cartridge high response valves for large flows.

Directional Servo Valves

  • Range: 4WS2EM and 4WSE2E servo valves in sizes 6 to 16, and 4WSE3E three-stage servo valves in sizes 16 to 32, for high precision closed loop control. Servo valve accessories are also available.

Cartridge Proportional Valves

  • Range: Screw-in cartridge proportional pressure, directional and flow valves for compact manifolds.
