Eaton Vickers Relief Valves

Description

The Eaton Vickers relief valve range includes inline direct-acting and inline pilot-operated valves. They provide pressure protection to the hydraulic system to maintain long-term dependability.

The range comprises:

Model 32107 circuit relief valve | A top assembly body and relief valve.  It uses different (direct-acting) cartridges or a plug, with options for fixed or adjustable cartridges. When set lower than the system relief, this circuit relief valve limits the working pressure to a particular circuit. In this application, the valve must have the flow capacity to handle the total pump flow:

  • Maximum flow through relief valve is 57 litres/minute;
  • Relief valve setting range: 47 to 276 bar (675 to 4,000 psi);
  • Standard relief valve setting: 138 bar (2,000 psi);
  • Housing rated pressure: 345 bar (5,000 psi).

Model 32107 system relief valve | A top assembly body and relief valve. It uses fixed pilot-operated cartridges or a plug. As a system relief valve, it regulates maximum working pressure in hydraulic systems and protects the hydraulic system or machine structure:

  • Maximum flow through relief valve is 75.7 litres/minute;
  • Relief valve setting range from 103 to 241 bar (1,500 to 3,500 psi);
  • Housing rated pressure to 345 bar (5,000 psi).

Model 32112 system relief valve | A top assembly body and relief valve. It uses different relief cartridges or a plug, with options for fixed pilot-operated or fixed direct-acting cartridges. As a system relief valve, it regulates maximum working pressure in hydraulic systems and protects the hydraulic system or machine structure:

  • Maximum flow through relief valve is 132.5 litres/minute;
  • Relief valve setting range from 69 to 241 bar (1,000 to 3,500 psi);
  • Housing rated pressure to 345 bar (5,000 psi).

Model 32060 inline crossover relief valve | Fixed pilot-operated inline crossover relief valve. It is used in a closed-loop or open-loop motor circuit. The purpose of the high-pressure relief valve in the propulsion pump is to relieve the pump of excessive high pressure when the vehicle encounters a heavy load or stalls:

  • Rated flow to 76 litres/minute;
  • Maximum combined pump and load generated flow of 152 litres/minute;
  • Relief valve setting range from 34.5 to 207 bar (500 to 3,000 psi).

RM3 and FM3 overload relief valve | The RMS Eaton Vickers relief valve is an internally pilot-operated valve that provides pressure protection to the hydraulic system. FM3 is a bypass type pressure compensated flow control and a relief valve. It is used in applications where a constant actuator speed is required in the face of varying pump output:

  • Controlled flow rate up to 94.6 litres/minute;
  • Relief valve setting range from 35 to 175 bar (500 to 2,500 psi);
  • Maximum operating pressure to 175 bar (2,500 psi).
