Bondioli & Pavesi Pumps
Bondioli & Pavesi pumps cover aluminium, cast iron and low noise gear pumps, variable displacement axial piston pumps for open and closed circuits, and bent axis fixed displacement pumps.
Displacements run from 0.19 cm³/rev on the smallest aluminium gear pump to 150 cm³/rev on the largest closed-circuit pump, with pressures across the portfolo of Bondioli & Pavesi pumps of up to 500 bar.
The range is modular: gear and axial piston pumps of different sizes and families can be combined into multiple pump units, and most pumps can be fitted with integrated valves and sensors.
Bondioli & Pavesi Pump Range
Gear Pumps
- HPL Aluminium Gear Pumps: 19 to 88 cm³/rev, with peak pressures up to 310 bar. A modular range with aluminium or cast-iron flanges, European, German and SAE mounting options, belt drive or external supports, and rear covers with integrated check and pressure relief valves. Sections of different sizes and families can be assembled into multiple pumps.
- HPG Cast Iron Gear Pumps: 5 to 90.5 cm³/rev, up to 320 bar. Used in the same applications as the aluminium range but designed for heavy duty cycles where pressures or mechanical loads are higher. Belt drive, external supports and pressure and directional control valves are available.
- HPZ and HPX Silent Gear Pumps: 1 to 25.6 cm³/rev, up to 300 bar, with aluminium (HPZ) or cast iron (HPX) bodies. Helical teeth and a special finishing process reduce flow pulsation and noise. Silent sections can be combined with conventional sections in multiple pumps and take the same accessories. HPZS Silent Max versions are also available in groups 2 and 3.
Open Circuit Axial Piston Pumps
- Variable Displacement Pumps: 5 to 90 cm³/rev maximum displacement, up to 350 bar, in the A0, HMA1A, HPA3A, HPA4, HPA4C, HPA5 and HPA6A series. Hydraulic load sensing, electronic load sensing and constant pressure controls are available, with constant power control for some applications. Manually operated and fixed displacement versions of the HPA4 are also offered.
- HMAD Dual Flow Pumps: 12 to 34 cm³/rev maximum displacement, up to 350 bar. Variable displacement pumps with two outlet flows and constant power control.
- PF (HMPF) Bent Axis Fixed Displacement Pumps: 10 to 125 cm³/rev, up to 450 bar, for open-circuit systems with heavy-duty work cycles.
Open-circuit pumps can be fitted with pressure sensors and swash plate angle sensors.
Closed Circuit Axial Piston Pumps
- Variable Displacement Pumps: 7 to 150 cm³/rev maximum displacement, up to 500 bar, in the HMP, HNM, HPP and M4PV families, from the compact HMPLB to the HPP9. Controls include direct manual, servo-assisted manual, remote hydraulic with or without feedback, on-off electric (open or closed centre), proportional electric and hydraulic automotive. Electronic control strategies include automotive, constant speed drive, shift-on-the-fly and feedback. Built-in exchange (flushing) and pressure relief valves are available, and all pumps are IoT-ready.
