As a quick example of a Parker Hannifin enquiry that we’ve handled in the past, a UK-based ship maintenance and services company, contacted our technical team about a Parker Hannifin Commercial Hydraulics P365 Series pump. After quoting on the unit we also provided a quote on a “direct equivalent” with a lower cost and quicker lead time.
The equivalent P365 pump is a quality, British product which offers identical features and performance to the original Commercial Hydraulics pump. The customer ordered the direct equivalent and took delivery sooner than later – with leftover cash to spare!

You guys really helped me out last time I was stuck (was how an email from a returning customer began recently, and it continued)… I apologise for the lack of available details.
The email came from a worldwide marine engineering and underwater services provider, the email itself having been written by the Ship Superintendent of a vessel that was “struggling as one of her Linear Cable Engines has developed a serious problem and is now out of action.” Challenge accepted!
