Parker Gear Motors

Parker gear motors are fixed displacement external gear motors in aluminium and cast iron, for mobile and industrial applications.

The aluminium motors offer high power density at low weight, while the cast iron motors are built for higher pressures, heavier duty and long service life.

The range covers displacements from 2 to over 200 cm³/r and pressures up to 310 bar. Most series are bi-directional and available as single or multiple section motors, with optional integrated valves such as pressure relief and anti-cavitation.

Aluminium Gear Motors

PGM505: Small aluminium gear motors from 2 to 12 cm³/r, rated up to 276 bar (4,000 psi) and 4,000 rpm, with a three-piece modular construction.
PGM511: Aluminium gear motors from 6 to 31 cm³/r, rated up to 250 bar and 4,000 rpm. Three-piece construction with journal bushings and pressure-balanced thrust blocks, with optional relief, anti-cavitation and proportional relief valves.

Cast Iron Gear Motors

PGM030/031, PGM050/051 and PGM075/076: Three-piece cast iron gear motors rated up to 207 bar (3,000 psi), with displacements up to around 200 cm³/r on the PGM076. The PGM031 and PGM076 use roller bearings for durability.
PGM300 series (PGM315, PGM330, PGM350 and PGM365): Three-piece cast iron gear motors with journal bushings, rated up to 241 bar (3,500 psi), with displacements up to 147.5 cm³/r on the PGM365. Balanced thrust plates reduce friction and leakage, giving volumetric efficiency up to 98%.
PGM610 and PGM620: Two-piece, interlocking cast iron gear motors rated up to 276 bar (4,000 psi), from 7 to 32 cm³/r (PGM610) and 16 to 52 cm³/r (PGM620), with speeds up to 3,300 and 3,500 rpm respectively.
PGM640: Two-piece, interlocking cast iron gear motors from 40 to 80 cm³/r, rated up to 310 bar and 3,000 rpm, for the highest-pressure duties in the range.
