Bosch Rexroth Hydraulic Valves

Bosch Rexroth hydraulic valves cover on/off, proportional, high response and servo valves for position control, pressure relief, pressure reduction, flow control and throttling.

The range includes directional, pressure, flow control, isolator and shuttle valves, ISO 7368 cartridge valves, and Oil Control load holding valves for mobile machinery, together with accessories and spare parts.

Many Bosch Rexroth valves are available with digital interfaces for connection to Industry 4.0 control systems.

Bosch Rexroth Valve Range

Directional On/Off Valves

Switch the flow direction, and so the direction of movement or rotation of hydraulic drives, by opening or blocking flow paths.

Direct Operated Spool Valves: WE and 5-WE solenoid valves (including high power solenoid versions), WH and WP hydraulically and pneumatically operated valves, and WMR, WMU, WMM, WMD and WMDA mechanically and manually operated valves.
Pilot Operated Spool Valves: WEH electro-hydraulic and WH hydraulic valves, plus manually and mechanically piloted versions.
Directional Seat Valves: SED and SEW solenoid operated poppet valves with leak-free closing, and hydraulically and manually operated seat valves.

Proportional, High Response and Servo Valves

Pressure Valves

Limit, control and regulate operating pressure, and so the force produced by hydraulic drives.

Pressure Relief Valves: DBD direct operated and ZDB, Z2DB and DB pilot operated relief valves, plus proportional relief valves and versions to the Pressure Equipment Directive.
Pressure Reducing Valves: DR and ZDR direct operated, and DR and 3DR pilot operated reducing valves, plus proportional reducing valves.
Other Pressure Valves: DZ and ZDZ sequence valves, DA pressure cut-off valves, pressure compensators and pump safety blocks.

Flow Control and Throttle Valves

Reduce or regulate flow, and so the speed of hydraulic drives.

Range: Z2FS throttle check valves, MG and MK in-line throttle and throttle check valves, 2FRM, 2FRH and 2FRW 2-way flow control valves, and proportional flow control valves.

Isolator and Shuttle Valves

Block working channels in one direction and release flow in the opposite direction.

Check Valves: Z1S sandwich plate and S in-line check valves.
Pilot Operated Check Valves: Z2S sandwich plate and SV and SL pilot operated check valves.
Prefill and Shuttle Valves: SF series prefill valves for large presses, and shuttle valves.

Cartridge Valves to ISO 7368

LC and LFA Logic Elements: Compact logic inserts and covers for controlling large flows, with directional and pressure (relief, reducing and sequence) functions, versions with position monitoring and versions to the Pressure Equipment Directive, plus built-in throttle valves.

Oil Control Load Holding Valves

Range: Counterbalance, load lowering, motor load holding, pilot operated check and flow regulator valves, and insert (cartridge) check, relief and flow control valves for mobile machinery.

Explosion Proof Valves

Range: Explosion proof directional on/off and pressure valves for potentially explosive atmospheres.
